• Such visual elements hold no material or contractual value.

III. ✦ Rights & Intellectual Property
• The artist retains full moral and intellectual rights over every creation.
• Purchase of the physical painting does not include reproduction, NFT, blockchain, merchandising, or licensing rights.
• Any unauthorized duplication, digitalization, or distribution constitutes a violation of international copyright law (Berne Convention, WIPO Treaties, and EU Directive 2019/790).

IV. ✦ Certificate of Authenticity & Archival Record
• Each painting is accompanied by a signed Certificate of Authenticity, issued once and permanently recorded in the TatyBeautyArt Archive.
• The original certificate remains within the Archive as the master record.
• A certified copy of the certificate is provided to the collector and must remain associated with the artwork.
• Any attempt to duplicate, alter, or separate the certificate from the artwork voids its validity.

V. ✦ Jurisdiction & Governing Law
• All transactions and agreements are governed by the laws of the European Union and the Italian Civil Code.
• Any dispute or interpretation related to the artwork or these policies shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Court of Paola (Calabria, Italy).
